Facilitators Preparation Camp

National Campaign for Success in Sudan
As part of the National Campaign for Success in Sudan, the Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development (SDDC) set up a facilitators' training camp in preparation for launching the campaign in Sudan. The camp included all the states of Sudan, where the camp was held in Khartoum State from 5/18 to 5/21 in Al Shabab City. Dr. Omar Al-Khair welcomed the facilitators and then introduced the campaign and its period
The beginning of the first day to introduce participants to the national campaign for success and the role required of them and the objectives of the camp and then the presentation of the material skills of success in a changing world
The camp facilitated the preparation of the campaign facilitators in the presence of Mr. and Minister of Youth and Sports, where this visit clarified the joint cooperation between the Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development and the Ministry of Youth and Sports
Part of the active participation of participants in the course
The Facilitation Preparation Camp was attended by a group of students representing their countries: Somalia, Nigeria, Eritrea, Djibouti and South Sudan. The Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development at the end of the camp honored the facilitators.
 
 
 
 
National Campaign for Success in Sudan - (African Students)
 
Within the framework of the campaign National Campaign for Success - Sudan
The Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development organized two training courses for the students of the International University of Africa entitled "Success in a Changing World" from 2 to 6 April 2017. Omar Alkhair Ibrahim and Ali Abdul Wahab and Babikerbello and sincere Adam and d. Mr. Tayseer Mohamed and Elham Ibrahim were in the administrative supervision Emadeddin Idris and the management of the University Mr. Hedi Zakaria responsible for cultural activity at the International University of Africa has participated in the course 72 students representing the countries of Chad, Central Africa, Somalia, Djibouti, South Sudan, Ethiopia, and some other African countries .
 
Cultural evening for African students
The Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development has held a cultural evening for African students in Khartoum State. Organizations and voluntary humanitarian work and also gave Moulid Ahmed a brief introduction about the experience of the establishment of the Somali club in Sudan, Mr. Nizar Ahmed Abusan talked about the emergence of the Sudanese Center and the program and success

The Center held a training course on the skill of success for African students in the organization Wendell Trust and in cooperation with a warm club for African students in Sudan

Among the external participations of the Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development with the International Forum for Islamic Dialogue, represented by the Director General of the Center (Dr. Omar Al-Khair Ibrahim), participated in training on the program of success in a changing world in Al-Najah camp held in Sulaimaniya, Iraq from 17 to 20 March. March 2016
He urged 220 young Iraqis to enjoy a unique training experience during four productive days, after which they returned to their cities full of confidence and hope and equipped with the tools of achievement for a better future for themselves and their community.
 
The Center participates in the program
1_ The participation of Dr. Omar Al-Khair, Director General of the Center and Mr. Ali Abdel Wahab, Director of the branches and member of the Network in the meeting "the first consolidated training bag for the network of Najah 21, which was held in Amman on 29-30 July 2015 and was a meeting of members of the training team and trainers affairs A working meeting to finalize the frame of reference for the training program and the development of the content map for the unified training package, to be ready for the annual meeting of the Najah 21 network in September

2_ In the framework of the external participation of the Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development with Najah 21 Network in Cairo, Dr. Omar Al-Khair Ibrahim, Director General of the Sudanese Center and Vice President of Najah 21 Network held a training course (TOT) in success skills in Cairo on 1 March 2016.
4_ The participation of the Director General of the Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development in the annual meeting of the annual network of Najah 21 in the period from 3 to 7 March 2016 was through the meeting to discuss the statute of the network and determine the location of the next network.
The visit also arranged and cooperated with Hekaya Center to create a joint program between the two centers (cultural exchange).

Meeting of the coordination mechanism of the success program _ White

Within the framework of the success program in a changing world and the project of the national campaign for success, the Sudanese Center held a meeting to form houses and clubs of success in Sudan and presented the plans of the next stage in order to promote and disseminate the program. Success in Sudan and increasing the number of beneficiaries also reflected some proposals for the formation of the Academy of success that helps clubs and homes of success training and rehabilitation of cadres, where the meeting was attended by 18 coordinators and managers of branches of the Sudanese Center in various states

Coordinating Mechanism Meeting for African Youth

The Sudanese Center for Democracy and Development is organizing the second phase of the national campaign for success in Sudan

1. Meeting of the Coordinating Mechanism for African Youth
2. A forum on democracy in African countries  in which 7 young African countries South Sudan  Chad  Somalia  Ethiopia  Eritrea  Djibouti Central Africa
3. Groups of discussion on issues of concern to African youth (all countries discussing their own issues)
4 - Youth dialogues on the current situation Sudanese youth

Najah Camp - Training Courses

Al-Najah-Sudan camp included 12 training courses on the skills of success in a changing world: Leadership 21, the social fabric, the life map, the mind, the self-interest, the public affairs, the references and the approach of success and the Quran to the mind, mental abilities and the environment. Over four days.

National Campaign for Success in Sudan - Phase 2

Project Activities: 1- An-Najah National Camp: It includes a set of activities and programs:120 Training Sessions (30 per day) for 320 participants from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm. Project of the national campaign for success - the first phase

 

TOT training

SCDD conducted TOT training in May from 18 to 20, 2017 at Youth City in Khartoum and attended by 95 participants from the 18 states (Male 46, Female 49), main topics covered were: concepts of consciousness, success, change, power of beliefs, comfort zone, time management, self-management, training and presentation skills.

Forums

SCDD conducted 157 introductory meetings (Forums) at 1 states attended by 11898 participants

(Female 5216 , Male 6682)   these activities organized in collaboration with  National Service, National Secretariat for Employing Graduates, local NGOs/ CBOs, universities, youth centres, 

governance institutions and secondary schools.

Trainings Sessions

SCDD conducted 68 trainings in “success in a changing world” (SCW) attended by 1876 (female 832, male 1044), 18 States Participants consist of youth, students, Women and Community leaders (NGOs, CBOs, etc)   

 

SCDD conducted 90 Seminars attended by 2586 (female 1205, male 1381) at 18 States  Most of the seminars targeted students, youth, women, disables, NGOs, CBOs and Political parties’ youth.  

Main Topics Addressed: Success, power of beliefs, Change and Quran positive thinking approach.

       Success in A changing World trainings Sessions for African Students

SCDD in the period from 2 to 6 April 2017 conducted three trainings in the success in a changing world (SCW) at the university’s halls attended by  111 students (65 female, 46 male ) from 7 countries namely: (5 Eritrea, 9 Ethiopia,16 Chad, 4 Djibouti, 20 South Sudan ,12 Somalia). One of the three Trainings provided in 3-5 September 2017 to Central Africa Republic Students attended by 19 student and 26 students from other countries.The main topics covered were: success, changing, time management, self-management, positive thinking skills, human relationships management, goals designing, power of beliefs, and human basic needs.  

 Leadership Skills trainings Sessions for African Students

SCDD in the period from May – September 2017 conducted three trainings in leadership skills attended by 108 students from 6 countries namely: (Eritrea, 8 Ethiopia, 14 Chad, 8 Djibouti, 20 South Sudan ,15 Somalia and 19 Central Africa Republic) 

Extremism Seminars

First seminar organized was on1 May 2017: “Extremism: Concepts, Meanings and Results”, at the university’s hall, attended by only 14 African students (the reason behind the low attendance of students due to the university’s bad coordination). The second seminar we decided to make it for both African and Sudanese to encourage the participation of the African and to enrich the activity. The seminar titled: “Extremism in Africa: Causes & Impacts”, organized on 20 May 2017 attended by more than 60 participants, only 8 from the African students while the rest representing Sudanese students.
