Project Idea
 
A project aimed at strengthening and strengthening the capacities and building of various civil society institutions and their network (forming a network) so that they can help in promoting and implementing the concepts of good governance, democracy and participation. The basic principles of interconnection at the level of civil society institutions. The project is applied in the Central States region represented in Gezira State, Sennar, Blue Nile and White Nile. Focusing on a single state level in support and strengthening, strengthening institutional capacities (NGO management skills), networking and networking among them through practical application in the target communities (application communities) (rural, cities, political parties, universities and higher institutes, And unions, unions, women and youth) as well as linking them with government agencies and beneficiaries of various forms and types.
 
 
 
 
 
Overall objective and project outputs
 
General Objective:
 
To strengthen, strengthen and build the capacity of civil society institutions and networks to be able to apply the concepts of democracy and good governance
 
Expected outputs of the project:
 
Strengthen institutional and improve and develop management skills of NGOs
 
Raise awareness in adopting the concepts of democracy and good governance
 
Increase among civil society organizations at the local level (networking)
 
Active Project: Field Survey
 
Field survey: The field survey included 40 organizations with 10 organizations in each state and selected organizations related to civil society issues
 
The field survey was conducted in the four targeted states, starting with Gezira State and finally in White Nile State
 
Advocacy campaigns
 
Advocacy Campaigns: - Among the project activities were the organization of advocacy campaigns where all the target states of the project implemented the program which included (inauguration, signatures of supporters, screening of films, seminars, dialogues and forums, cultural nights and singing for the homeland). Media coverage was the best proof, and Seminar presented the title of home, citizen and democracy presented by Dr. Omar Al-Khair Ibrahim, Director General of the Center, while Blue Nile State presented Seminar entitled peaceful coexistence
 
 
 
Enlightenment Encounters
 
 
 
Enlightenment Meetings: Enlightenment meetings targeted all sectors and institutions including (institutions of higher education, symbols and political parties, civil administrations, legislative councils, civil society organizations, student unions, trade unions, media, women's union and others
 
 
 
For the workshops of strategy: - was the entrance to the meeting and communication for all was (the vision and the message accepted by the participants) and each state formed a mechanism agreed to support peace and good governance
 
 
 
Films industry workshops
 
Filmmaking Workshops: Youth produced a number of films in the film industry workshop, and film scenarios and dialogues were relevant to issues of democracy and good governance. The workshop was held in the city of Sinja, the capital of Sennar in the presence of all participants from the target states of the project and honoring the great director Omar Snoussi
